Joe sits down with Frank Tomaino, and Father Richard Dellos to discuss the upcoming Canonizations of Mother Marianne Cope, and Kateri Tekakwitha. Both women were from the Mohawk Valley region. Marianne Cope (1838 - 1918) worked with those afflicted by Leprosy. Kateri Tekakwitha (1656 - 1680), an Algonquin-Mohawk, will be the first Native American saint. She was known as the Lily of the Mohawks for her piety. The ceremony will be taking place at the Vatican on October 21, 2012.
