The Oneida County Sheriff's Office will be hiring two more investigators for the Child Advocacy Center.

The Oneida County Board of Legislators approved the move at the monthly board meeting Wednesday afternoon.

The Sheriff's Office says it needs more staff at the center to keep up with the increase in child sex abuse cases.

Officials say the two new positions will be filled from within the sheriff's department.
