The City of Utica Ethics Board returns

The City of Utica's Ethics Board is back.
After being gone for about twenty years, the new members of the board met for the first time Friday.
The purpose of the Ethics Board is to listen to concerns from the community as well as address any complaints people might have.
The chair of the board says they plan on putting together a web page and different forums for the residents of Utica to use.
The board plans to meet again in March.
