If you're a smoker and a customer at the Sangertown Square Mall, it's time to leave your cigarettes at home. Starting tomorrow, the mall will become 100% tobacco free.

Marketing Director Alison Ryan Cahalan says the new policy will provide a more enjoyable and healthier shopping experience to the millions of visitors who walk through the doors.
But not everyone agrees with the new policy.

Ryan Macrina is a smoker and a mall employee. He says, "If you're standing outside the building , it shouldn't really be a problem because you can take a detour not to go by people that are smoking. it's not like people will blow it in your face to be rude or anything."

The tobacco- free policy will be enforced throughout the entire mall property, inside and outside, including hallways, sidewalks, and parking lots.
