While it may not seem like it today, spring is almost here. And when
that show melts away, the Cornhill Neighborhood Association says all the
accumulated trash and litter hidden during the winter will be all over
our yards. Group members met today to discuss the 20th Annual Cornhill
Cleanup.
"Good way to get area cleaned up and sets an example for others seeing people getting together so when we don't have a cleanup, they can still clean the stuff up themselves. It's a big city so we need as many people as possible," says Kevin Shanley, Utica resident.
The Cornhill Cleanup is scheduled for Saturday, April 27th as part of an Earth Day event.
