Lottery Winner at North Utica Store

There's a new area millionaire thanks to the New York State Lottery. The winner played sweet millions at an area gas station in North Utica. The store says they do a fair amount of business in lottery tickets. But business has increased since the million was won.
Cashier Haasan Washington says, "Just from the scratch off this machine has been getting a lot more money, it's been getting filled quicker, so now we have to change it 2, 3, sometimes 4 times a day."
