US Rep Mike Kelly Talks About Vote to Repeal Affordable Care Act

JET 24/FOX 66 spoke with Pennsylvania's 3rd District Representative Mike Kelly (R) about the vote in Congress to repeal President Obama's Affordable Care Act. Wednesday's vote was the 33rd attempt by Congress to repeal the legislation which was recently upheld by the Supreme Court.
